I'm leaving Portland I'm headed for Minneapolis to meet a friend. Leaving Portland, I'm going to make a straight line to Anacortes, WA. From there, I'm taking the Adventure Cycling "northern tier" route some 2,300 miles east. After Minneapolis, I haven't a clue as to where I'm headed but it will certainly be somewhere -- I'll have this figured out sooner or later. My bicycle has become my home and I aim to keep it this way for a long while.
I don't intend to talk too much about the actual cycling as I don't find the physical ride or whereabouts to be that interesting. From time to time it may seem like I'm just lost in the middle of nowhere and going on rants about random shit. And well, I may be doing exactly that.
Happy trails.

On sub-zero nights I'll wake up sweating inside this sleeping bag. Compact and lightweight. Super comfy.
